Always ask for counter not to match! As u have already have x offer amount then for new company if u are giving ur time in interview thn u must get some x+ amount ctc not exact same or little high always keep some margin like 10% or more minimum while going negotiation

Unless the company you are sharing to is your current employer, its completely okay and legal.
