Trending @Capgemini; Sexist comment in workplace
Sexist comments at work can really mess with your head. It happened to me about two years ago, and I'm still dealing with it.
Being a woman in the tech industry is challenging.
Can you suggest me something?

I also faced the similar issue. I had directly told the person who is doing so to stop making sexist comments. In another incident, that same person tried to push me in canteen intentionally. This was really a shock for me and I raised this one on the SpeakUp helpline.

Please help sheep with speakup helpline, she might have skipped the mandatory training 🤣🤣

Let the person who passed the comment know that they messed with your head and you do not appreciate it. If they apologise, you should forgive and move on.
If they do not realise their mistake and be insensitive about it going forward, I suppose you should discuss it with someone.
Lastly, if it is something really bad, you should definitely report it to higher authorities but please think this through as you’ll potentially be derailing someone’s career.
Best thing in any case would be to forget and move on. Too much bhassad in life anyway

Ignore those comments. Kaam se hi matlab rakho. Koi kuch bole ignore them. Ghar leke thodi Jana hai. Agar kuch serious issues ho rha hai posh ka utilise Karo. There are lot of legal ways to deal with such kind of situation. But finally apne me khus raho dusro ko ignore Karo.

It happens with many here, You are not different. Strange you remember this after 2 years and found a right audience

Very funny! 🤣 I don't think being a woman in the tech industry is challenging BS!, women have tons of "women safety policies" in the tech industry, especially CG have lot, u moran.
Don't tolerate such comments, report the incident to the organisation.
Hey Sheep my suggestion is - Return the mess with hr escalation 🤣🤣 with very very cold 🥶 heart.
