Trending @Capgemini; Senior Analyst to Associate Consultant!!

Hey... Just wanted to know that in a fresher cycle a person is getting promoted to senior analyst A5 after 1.5 years of joining date but when can we expect to get promoted to Associate Consultant B1?

I know people who got promoted to Associate Consultant after 6 months of 1.5 years because they had 1 or 2 rating. But from the last 6 months I have observed that people with 1 and 2 ratings didn't get promoted to Associate Consultant after 6 months of 1.5 years. Can anybody put some light on the actuality of the process!
