How much time does capgemini take to finalize the referred candidate? I have referred two candidates but the status is still 5% even after 10 days.

Capgemini's referral process can be painfully slow. If it's been 10 days and still at 5%, brace yourself for a long wait. Efficiency isn't our strong suit here.
