Trending @Capgemini; Seeking guidance on Project Allocation while on Bench
I have been working on the GE project for almost 2 years inside CG, and with the contract now concluded, I will be moving to the bench in a few days.
I hold a skill set in Spring Boot and PL/SQL, with over 6 years of overall experience.
Given this situation, I have a few concerns:
1)What are the chances of getting assigned to a new project within the company while on the bench?
2)Are there any steps I can take to increase my chances of getting a new project?
3)Should I be concerned about the possibility of termination while on the bench?,as market was not good ,I want to be at same company right at the moment?
Any insights or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!

Update resume in naukari. Change company. Np point in staying in CG with different project. At least you will get good hike and project.

Search out of CG you’ll find better projects and pay. No need projects in CG. Downfall has been stated in CG

Don't bother about the market, still there are so many companies offering jobs, go and hunt
And regarding new projects within a company connect with your SM he helps you to get one, or your N+1 resource manager, SME team will help you, check In Mobility headings email and apply on suitable role

Thanks pal!
