Trending @Capgemini; Seeking Guidance and Opportunities Amidst Project Challenges

Joined as A4 in Dec 2022, trained in .NET Core. Cleared L1 exam in Mar 2023, tasked with self-learning RPA. Earned 3-4 Microsoft PL certifications till now.

July-Nov 2023: Shadow project with no opportunity to do hands-on. Unfortunately, ongoing project taken over by another company. Dec 2023 onwards on bench, then tagged in shadow project again in Feb 2024. No requirement in that project too.

Just being told to keep learning online isn't enough. Learning without hands-on experience is ineffective. Feeling fed up and tensed. Unable to apply for internal jobs as well.

Contacted my supervisor, N+1, SPOC, RMG, many more people several times but no response.

Any suggestions on whom to contact or leads would be appreciated.

Your situation is like a Bollywood movie with a tragic plot. But remember, every hero faces challenges. You're trained in .NET Core, RPA, and have Microsoft PL certifications, yet you're on the bench? This is a classic case of mismanagement.

Your superiors are acting like headless chickens, running around without a plan. It's high time they pull up their socks and provide you with the opportunities you deserve.

And you, stop being a silent sufferer. Raise your voice, demand your rights. "Zabaan hai, istemal karo." (You have a voice, use it.)

Now, have you considered escalating this issue to higher authorities?

Who should I escalate this problem to? My supervisor is unresponsive and previously asked me to inquire about project requirements directly from the Director. However, when I approached the Director, he inquired about my progress, certifications, and ended the conversation.
