Hello everyone,
I’ve been working in Capgemini for almost 4 years now, primarily in support roles. Unfortunately, I feel like I haven’t learned much during this time, and the salary increments haven’t met my expectations either. As a result, I’m feeling stuck in terms of both my skills and earnings.
I’ve been considering applying to other companies, but the major obstacle is the 90-day notice period, which many companies are unwilling to accept. I’m uncertain about my next steps and what I can do to improve my situation.
Has anyone faced something similar? What options do I have? Any advice or insights on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated!

I'm in the same stage of career you are. Only difference is I'll be completing 6 years in July this year. But hoping to join a new organization this year. I'm doing certifications and giving interviews. I right every thing down every topic which seems difficult for me to talk about in an interview. This helps me polishing the points I'm not well aware of. Getting a job is improving day by day by giving Interviews and finding mistakes in your interviews. Please ask for the feedback from the interviewer. If they tell you what is it that you lacked then you can specifically improve that topic.

I am currently working in CG. And it's about to be 4 years I am also stuck in an application support role. The previous year I understood there was no chance of growth here so started studying Data analytics and completed certifications on my own even built hands on projects too. I planned to make an internal project change but this thing is so difficult in CG idk why but it is managers here won't help you out with anything they will just tell you to focus on your current work but I have told him I have done certifications in data analytics he didn't even value that and sent me to BTOP. Now I am searching options outside the organisation but the only constraint is the notice period. People are keeping my profile on hold for this notice period. Not only you but there are people who are in the same situation as you are now. I hope we will get out of this situation sooner or later. I lost hope from this company. I lost hope from the management.
