Trending @Capgemini; Seeking Advice on the Bench Period at Capgemini

Hi everyone,

I have been on the bench for around 60 days now, and I recently received an automated email from RMG Team and My RMG in CC mentioning that if I’m not tagged to a project by August 15, “may lead to initiation of necessary actions to mitigate further productivity losses.”

So far, I haven’t received any project opportunities from RMG. I cleared one internal interview, but unfortunately, the client interview was never scheduled. I’m feeling a bit uncertain and concerned about what might happen after the mentioned deadline.

Has anyone been in a similar situation before? What kind of actions can typically be expected after this period? Also, if I decide to put down my papers now, is there any chance of an early release from the organization?

Any advice or insights on what I should be doing at this point to improve my chances or handle the situation better would be greatly appreciated.
