Trending @Capgemini; SAP practice Noida office.

Hi ,

I joined recently and wanted to know more about a few things.

• How is the SAP practice in Noida SEZ and where do SAP folks sit.
• Is it mandatory to go to the office while on the bench(it is according to my senior manager.Min 8 hrs , 3 days a week).
• What is this sapience tool . Is this not micromanaging.
• What happens if I don't go to the office. Do they cut leaves? Don't care if it affects hikes. Not gonna get any for the next 18 months anyways.
• Do they actually fire you if you don't get a project within 3 months.
