Trending @Capgemini; Salary normalisation within CAP
I am 12 years experience in cap with 14 lpa. Is there any policy within CAP with which my salary can be normalised as per industry standards. May be a 100 percent hike or something?
Its your high time to leave the organisation! Skill up and take some challenges in career. There entry level fresher getting more then 12lpa. And with CAP 2+ years of experience engineer getting 15lpa. Im not discouraging you just wanted let u know u should grow in career

HR might consider normaliation during annual appraisal. There is no such policy as i know.
In the market with your level of exp you can get at least 25-28 lpa easily in the service based industry.
But before resigning get some offer and be prepared for interviews
There is no such policy, even I'm 4years experience with just 5 lpa , now trying to switch. Guess u should try the same
