Trending @Capgemini; Salary hike and promotion from A4 to A5

I Joined as fresher on 23rd Aug-2022. And YOE with 1.7 Years. Filled my Year end review in the Jan nd Feb on getsuccess. But it’s not updated further After Year-End people review. Also today we got mail for Annual revise pay for 2024. When And how much hike I can expect. I’m currently at 4 LPA for 1.7 years now
