Trending @Capgemini; Salary hike 2025

Hi, my rating is 3 and i am unable to go to office from last november to march mid due to heavy work pressure on project and my manager knows that i am on work pressure but he doesnt know about my BTO, mandatory courses completion pendings. Will my salary hike will stop this year. How can i save myself, can i speak to my manager and if my manager speaks to leadership will my BTO and non mandatory course incomplete will be neglected and provide my salary hike?

Sad but you wont get any hike.. you have violeted two most important criteria for hike which is mandatory training completion and back to office. 1st ask your manager despite your hard work why did he give you a 3 rating. If you get any hike come back in the comment section to post so that other people can have an idea regarding this similar scenario.

That's exactly what doesn't make sense. Why should these 2 be top criteria instead of performance.

This depends on your reporting Manager, if he fights for you then there is a chance. If he backs off mean then no

Thanks for the comments. After seeing your comments i got some confidence, Now I informed my reporting manager about this BTO and non mandatory trainings pending. He clearly knows work life balance and work pressure affected in last 4 months. He asked me to write a email to HR and he will support. I wrote a email to HR copying him. Will it work? Will HR consider for BTO exemption for past months.
