Hi everyone, I have three years of relevant experience as a functional consultant and currently earn a CTC of 5.6 LPA. I’m curious to know how much I can expect from my next employer if I switch.

I am having 5.6 lpa with 4.8 yoe in CG.i am waiting for my promotion here which it seems like will give me B2 for around 7.5 lpa. If you switch you should be asking for anything but 10+.
