Trending @Capgemini; Salary Expectation!!
Total 12 YOE & continuing in IT Operations. From first Capgemini only. Team lead from last 4 years. Currently as B2 consultant. Want to know from the seniors that what should be the the bare minimum salary? Not expecting industry standard as all 12 years exp is only in Capgemini.
This is the main issue you all need to understand freshers..dont be in trap of company HR system. Swtich first four job in in first 6-7 years then only you grow financially ...if you are 12 years of experience and TL then you should have minimum 16 lac p.a salary as permy understand as a consultant TL . Position not matter its matter money....yoh are jn trap just come out of it...why yoha re holding TL position in consultant level?
@AlertVol2 16-20L, but CG will not pay you 20L.
I am also having the same issue..I have 4 years 10 months experience in Capgemini. This is my first company but getting only 7 lpa, even freshers are getting 7.5 lpa as starting salary. I am planning to switch.
Skills are also the matter of fact, it is imperative that if the company objecitve is more towards innovation and Harnessing modern technologies for customer service than you should expect better. 12L is merely average salary for 5-8 year of experience.
