Hi I got the offer letter from Capgemini with 17 L for manager role with notice period 6 months however I gave the interview for team lead,shall I accept the offer letter or what step can be taken

17 L is very little in a manager role. You should expect around 25-25 L.

Bro, just accept the offer! 17L for a manager role is lit, even if u interviewed for team lead. Notice period is long, but worth it for the pay bump. Go for it! 💪
