I recently got promoted from B2 to C1, how much hike does CG give? I got promoted in Jan and there was minimal hike after that can't even tell.

Depends on your BU. I’m from Invent and I had received 10%. Invent is relatively better than other parts of CG.

Sometimes it depends on your current compensation and your project manager, incase it is low they match to C1 level by giving good hike..

Yes they say it depends on bu performance one of my friend got promoted he got less than 3% but he said it is promotion hike but there will be annual hike in March after cycle. Anyway it will be lower than 10 %
