
Trending @Capgemini; Sad reality of Appraisal 2024..any one up with me?
2023 Appraisal eligibility criteria seemed to be 2022 joiners are not part of it 2024 appraisal - Mandatory training’s are not completed With 5 years of management experience I am somewhere earning around 3.5 LPA and every time I visit manager to speak upon this he / she ideally dodges topic as “having a job at this times itself is difficult why are you speaking about appraisal”. I am 2 year old with corporate and wonder is this what corporate is? Make you work a hell lot Now they are forcing internally for WFO 3 days a week without any hike,appraisal etc. Manager’s casually say “ yeh week aise hi rahega” with lot of ppl approaching them with their concerns! Now they are not even ready to give early release even if employees are ready to “BUY IN” I am not sure In what world I am stuck in..

Very disgraceful environment to work.

almost similar situation but only change back from maternity 2023, wfo 2024. I got offer of 98% hike now and resigned. They wants to retain with double promotion.☺️
