Trending @Capgemini; Rumors : No hybrid model from 2025
A lot of rumors are currently going on in the office that Capgemini will end hybrid model from 2025 and employees need to come to the office for all working days.
What are your views ?

I don't think this is going to happen soon. As I have heard we dont have capacity to accumulate everyone if all started to come to office.

Very unlikely. Capgemini may make the WFO more stringent but will not go for a blanket WFO approach as it knows of the pushback. I think It most likely won't happen.
Heard about same thing. Our account manager was telling in a casual discussion, management may take decision on that since many people are not coming to office or not following 12days/month compliance rule.
