I am part of the September joining batch, trained in Java and React, and currently on bench. My role is A4 Analyst with a 5.5 CTC. If I get deployed into a project as a Software Developer, I want to understand what my career roadmap could look like over the next five years. What position can I expect to reach, and how much could I be earning at that stage?
