Trending @Capgemini; Rmg forcing to apply leaves even when i am in office
I am on bench and on notice period. The rmg asks bench candidates to give attendance in office 3 days a week at 9 am and 5:30 pm but since i resigned I don't go to give attendance but I have complied to bto and I have completed 12 days for 6+ hours. But still rmg is forcing me to apply leaves as I am not given them attendance. What should I do in this situation?
Are you on notice period? If yes, don't give a fuck to that a**hole

Don’t apply any leaves, they have to pay for the remaining leaves that’s why they are asking so. Clearly ping then I had not taken any leave then why I have to apply.

if you are notice period they ignour them, they cant do any thing focus on your interviews.
