Hi Everyone, Recently I have completed 2.5 yr at Capgemini.Luckily I got a project after my training.After Deployment from previous project I was on bench and wanted to report at another location than the current location.My RMG says it's not possible for us to relocate you.RMG team told me that if you're not willing to continue here you're liable to get disciplinary actions if needed.I mean what's kind of unethical behaviour is this ? They told me you have to report at your base location.One of my friends is also facing this issue.Is it happening to all freshers or is this the treatment RMG team towards everyone.Why freshers are not treated like all other employees in the office.RMG and Academy team always pressurise to take decisions you are not willing to.
RMG and Academy team Pressure's
- Maintain 12 days for attendance
- Force the Individual to enter the project he/she is not willing to
- Threatening every time someone goes or tries to act against them.
Is this happening at senior level or is it only for Freshers at junior level please let me know !!!
They threaten everyone who are on bench, if they misbehave or do something not as per the rules, put all the directors of rmg in cc, definitely they will come on line
If someone comes to bench then its same treatment for all irrespective of their grade.
Always Be prepared and strong technically to put paper and slap them tight and say on face Fuck yourself.
