I believe Rewards, Recognition, Appreciation, Good Hikes, Mental Peace, Work-Life Balance, and PROJECTS don’t exist in CapGemini. All that exists is corrupt higher-ups and their politics.

They do exist but only for HR's

I am getting awards on regular intervals but no hike ,money is the real motivation for me
