Trending @Capgemini; Resource rotation in cg after 18 months
Is there any thing called resource rotation after completing 18 months in same project they put out a list in which such employees get nominated and they are transferred to another project without their knowledge or consent even? Specially in CIS gcc this is happening? Is anybody aware of this?

Same in fs bu but you don't require any approval from the current project .If selected then your current project has to release u within 45 days.As per skills certification they are doing job rotation from this year
It’s not about asking/consent. The rotation is the part of standard process. But if you don’t want to move to another project then you can raise this and the approvals should come from the leadership so prompt action is required in this case.
Not heard.. comsent has to be there though
