Is it a good decision to resign without an offer in hand ? I am a Front end React developer with 4+ years of experience. I have applied for many but not getting interviews scheduled due to the 90 day notice period. I am thinking of resigning and getting an interview scheduled. How many days before i can take back my resignation?
Resign without offer and try a new oppo.
Wait for the offer then resign
Ask for release from the project
Keep doing the same project work

Don't resign, just when you get a call from new company tell them that you'll will be available in one month, then give the interview and ace it and get the offer once you have an offer tell them that you are trying but they are not releasing on this manner 90% cases they'll extend the offer with new joining date
