Trending @Capgemini; Resignation without offer

Is it good to resign without having any offer in hand for a front end developer? Interviews are not getting scheduled due to the 90 day notice period , so planning to resign is it a good decision?

It's a bad idea, first try with putting les notice period, then think about it based on your experience in job interview.

Give 7-8 interviews telling you notice period is 20 days left , collect interview questions.Resign and prepare.Keep giving interviews, you will get offers

Lie that u have 30-60 notice period. Say that u r on bench or something.
Because interviews itself are not scheduled yet. It looks like everything will okay okay if notice period is reduced. But after interviews u will realise how hard it is to get selected. Better don't resign without offer.
