Trending @Capgemini; Resignation without Offer
I am currently on a project for almost 3 years and I don’t see any further growth or learning opportunities I am planning to switch but due to 90 days notice period not getting offers/interviews Can anyone suggests if it is a good idea to just resign and then look for job for the next 90 days. And if I want to revoke the resignation later during NP what are the procedures?

Was in the same boat last month. No road ahead for growth in my area/industry of interest. Monetary growth is a joke at best. Bit the bullet and resigned without an offer.
Was getting multiple calls from recruiters but 90 days NP was a deal-breaker. Guessed my profile was in demand and resigned on 16th May. Updated serving np on Naukri and Indeed, #opentowork on Linkedin. Recruiter calls jumped 10x and Got an offer within 3 weeks of resigning. 1 more selection done, negotiation next week. 3 more in varying stages of the selection process.
Is it stressful? ABSO-FCKN-LUTELY!! I was extremely stressed out when supervisor approved my resignation 10 days after i submitted the resignation form. That is when shit gets real.
You are the best judge of your situation. Evaluate the demand for your skills, the companies that are asking for your skills, research the time it takes to go through the interview process for those companies, your confidence in your skills and interview abilities and then decide if it makes sense for you to resign w/o offer.
