Trending @Capgemini; Resignation??/Suffer!!

Hey People need honest opinion,

I am Currently working in Capgemini and this is my first company (3 yrs in September 2024). My current project is going good & getting appreciated from last 2 years but not happy with salary raise nor with technology. When I confronted my manager about it this year she on face said "What exceptional you have did?" even client side managers are appreciating me on mail frequently. It's like I am stuck in loop hole with the horrible technology and with my team. Also my workload is so much I work for 2 hours extra everyday. I don't have any offer in hand as of now but looking for a Frontend/full stack developer role. Interviewers mostly don't schedule interview due to notice period. Should I resign even if I don't have any offer and if yes can I reverse my resignation in Capgemini in case I don't get offer. Please drop your valuable advice on this. I am loosing my confidence by suffering through this condition from last few months. 🙏🙏🙏

Show your notice period less than 15 days in naukari and you will get multiple calls,go attend few interviews and once you're selected ask your manager for early release. If he/she agrees then good else the whole process(job hunt) will boost your confidence and you better know what to do next. Best of luck

I had done the same. DROPPED papers without offer. Hopefully later I got the offer. My friend recently droped the papers w/o offer in hand. My advice would be to do as @Excommunicado said above and watch the frequency of calls for few weeks. If you are getting calls, then u can take further step i.e. drop papers.

Capgemini me early release ni milta hai.. so plan accordingly. The reversal of resignation completely depends on the Supervisor and BU. Don't think they will accept your reversal after your resignation is approved. All the best

Hey bro. My personal opinion is. Please try to get referrals in MNC’s. Most of time you will get call and if they are ok with your skills and other details they will schedule a interview calls. I am not judging or not pointing anything. Take it positively. Please try improving Resume. Showcase your skills properly you will definitely get outputs. Even I face this problems last couple of months when I was trying to switch. After improving my resume. I am getting good performance in nauri and getting calls as well.
Good Luck.
