Trending @Capgemini; Resignation process

Is it mandatory to submit the resignation on system? I never knew Capgemini had this process. I dropped a mail copying HR and managers no one suggested me to apply it on system. Where is even this information available to employees? Its almost 20days that I have send the resignation email. Please advise. My notice period will be extended now.

Check with ask adams. There is ecms portal from where you need to submit resignation.

Yes I checked now and applied. But what about my 20days that got wasted? Will they consider it or not?

I don't think so they will consider it. Only HR can give you complete answer to this question. Or you can check the policy and try to find out somerhing
