Trending @Capgemini; Resignation or LOP/LWP
Hello All,
I need some suggestions from you. I am currently in a toxic work environment and dealing with mental health issues after joining this project. I joined Capgemini 6 months back and my probation period is completed. Due to the toxic work place, I am planning to resign without any offer in hand. Based on the market situation I thought of below options.

Resign immediately without any offer. ( I am in the same toxic environment from starting and at this point of time after 6 months my brain, my body is not handling it. I gave up. And because of that I am planning to resign)

without resign, go on LWP/LOP. due to the current market and my mental health conditions, The other option is loss of pay or will go on LWP.
I need guidance on Is CG allowing me to go on LWP due to my mental health problems after 6 months of service?
Is it possible in CG? Or I can put papers and then I can take a break /gap before searching new job.
Please give suggestions.
Try hard to get a job... if it is really taking heavy load on your health ..resign
