One thing you can do is wait till the near end of botp and then resign so that you'll get more work exp.

If you get fail in botp your NP will be of 1 month and 2 months salary will be given to you in advance.

They kept me BOTP for the reason not in office for 5 days a week 9 hours . It is applicable from Feb 5 th onwards . My BOTP closure date is April 1 at . If o resign on April 1 st . Will I get April salary what is the process ?
