People who joined with 50 to 100 percent hike they can stay for upto 2 to 3 years. But people who are working past 5 years after seeing ratings then all are disappointed

Not yet published for me. But I am planning to resign... Looking for opportunities from other companies 🤪. Rating can be anything, hike depends on some other people like HR, Project etc.. so expecting 2%hike this time... So no point in waiting for rating 😕
