My CCTC in CG is 5.4 LPA YOE : 3Y TCS offerings 7.5 LPA Notice Period: 90 days Please share ur opinions. Should i take it and resign or look for other opportunities.
Resign and keep looking hard for better offers . You can negotiate over 7.5 lpa and demand for 9-10 lpa. In 3 months you will surely get some opportunities.
Take it .
Sometimes you have to accept everything that comes.
Maybe you may get better CTC after working in TCS for 1-2 yrs .
You may get late in getting big CTC but eventually you will get
Basis this offer put down your papers but keep searching till you join this one.....by this whatever next interview you give you will have added benefit of lesser notice period days and if nothing works out you will atleast have this TCS job in hand which is 2lpa above your current one.
After that there will be almost zero hike in tcs. U should try other and make counter to This any how you should get above 9
If your concern is salary, being a sole earner or having a dependent take it. But keep looking for other jobs.
