I have been in the shadow project in Capgemini since June this year. I have some medical issues and applied to hr for changing my reporting location as my current base location and reporting location is Chennai. Is there any guarantee that I can get my relocation due to medical issues?

It depends on your project manager. If your record is good then easily they can relocate. If your manager gives you approval then easily just put mail to HR.
