Trending @Capgemini; Relocation

So I'm in a project and my relocation is approved by my project manager. But the process has been changed since July 4th, earlier RMGs used to take care of relocation but now People Managers are involved. Now they are asking if I have a dedicated seat or ODC in the new location without which they are having hard time approving relocation. Any suggestions on what can be done regarding this.
