Anyone can help me what to do. After getting all the approvals from domain heads and delivery
My N+1 raised the request for location change in system.
But I have not received any mail regarding that. Raised the ticket as well but no response yet.What to do now?

Escalate the issue to your N+2 or HR. Follow up persistently on your ticket and email the RMG team, keeping your supervisor in CC. Document everything.
