Trending @Capgemini; Release from a project

Hello, As I am not comfortable in the project as there are a lot of politics included, So I am not involved in that. But the team lead targeted me for no reason as the project is in a transition period so she is getting full support from the director itself. Feeling useless no support please help

Bro, shut the fuck up and stay where you are cuz it is very tough situation on bench. They are doing back to back evaluation to kick out of organisations. Capgemini is doing silent layoffs in the name of evaluations. Cuz these people don't have enough projects accommodate the people on bench.

It's better to leave the organisation rather than stay in a hell-like situation when you can't speakup, no one has the right to torcher someone.May be you don't know the situation better to get it know before you speak

Getting project release is nearly impossible. If your manager agrees then you can get smooth release else there is no other way. You can do certain things like underperforming, delaying tasks etc but it doesn’t guarantee you a project release. There might be some other consequences for this.

I already speak, with the concerned person but the thing is that, they are saying okay find the project but as I know from my project team member they are not giving release, As during transition period most of them are not getting access too but they have to be present in the office for 5 days in a week.

If you can tolerate the politics and other bothering stuffs going with your project then stay in the project until it’s completion and make sure that you won’t be extending on the same project. Do this if the project is going to end soon. Else look for outside opportunities. Again that’s another headache with 90 days NP. Once you get the offer then put down the papers. Once you put down the papers then also you can ask for project release. They might agree if they want to retain you. You can resign even without offer in hand if you want to take some risk and move ahead.

You can ask for a release from project or try applying inmobility job for internal project change
