I'll tell you my story. I had not visited office for a single day starting from March 2023 to March 2024. No one had said anything nor I had received any escalation mails. I thought my supervisor was aware about it but was not confirmed. In March 2024, my supervisor was contacted by some Central level management regarding my office attendance. My supervisor was clueless as according to him I was visiting office as per the policy. Lot of things happened during that time in the backend. My supervisor had to give a lot of explanation. I have always been a good performing employee in my team so my supervisor managed to save me from any consequences. Luckily my ratings at that time were not affected and I managed to get exceptional rating. Ever since then I have have been religiously following the 12 day policy. My supervisor also started maintaining a office tracker to make sure that everybody in the team is following the guidelines. I had not reported to office in the month of May due to medical issue and had got a proper approval for by submitting all the required documents.

So my suggestion would be to inform this to your supervisor. You never know when the backend team might bring this topic and might even affect your ratings

It’s strange you haven’t got any non-compliance email yet
I believe you haven’t informed your supervisor or manager about your situation prior to So won’t matter much if you inform now Just start doing wfo

Discuss your situation with HR or your manager. Your achievements and certifications are valuable, but office attendance might still impact ratings. Seek clarity on expectations and potential exceptions.

Impacting ratings doesnt mean righr they will straight a way give me 4

Your rating should not be impacted, but while salary revision HR is most likely to consider this parameter as they did same thing last year
