Variable pay depends on your rating. General norm is if you have exceptional rating you get 120-140% of variable. Exceeding will get you 100-110% and succeeding will be 75-100%!

I think it depends on office attendance policy this time as from last 2 years with 3 rating I was getting 100% variable pay
