Trending @Capgemini; Regarding Unpaid leaves

Hi all , I have an exam and want to take 3 months of unpaid leave , for preparation . Currently now I am on bench , and will be proposed to project in 2 to 3 days based on my interview . Wanted to know is it right to take unpaid leaves that too for 3 months and will Capgemini accept that easily or is it a tough process and whom to connect for that , and how many days before we need to start applying for such leaves ?

I am not sure CG will take it. They will provide this much of leave only for medical cases and that too for valid proof.

Moreover, if you are bench please refrain from doing this.
