Can I take my resignation back, few days before my Last Working day ? If yes , what are the criterias I should fullfill and who all are the supervisiors from whom the approval is required ?? Please tell me the exact andwer

You can take that. But it's only possible if your current project didn't backfill your vacancy and they are continuing with you. Otherwise HR will not accept your withdrawal

And If I am in bench for last 2 months before LWD ( Not in any project) then?? will they accept my resignation withdrawl?

Just try it. According to my experience they will not consider

You can take ba k your resignation 1 day before your lwd. Your reporting manager should approve it.

You will need to inform your manager and the hr who is I'm contact that you are taking back the resignation.

Provided you don't have a backfill in the project.

Talk to your manager. He will approve.
