If I resign in the 10th month of the joining year and will be relieved after 3 months, will the HR recollect the joining bonus, relocation allowance, and variable pay?

Read the offer letter once again, if it's mentioned as a total employment period then it will include your notice period as well. Or Ask your BU HR about this.
