Hi, I have got a promotion in January and also received the compensation letter after 25 days of promotion. So am I eligible for a hike now?

Yes. But dont expect a big hike in March. Your management would have already divided your promotion hike with annual hike. For example. If you got 5% promotion hike, your annual hike would be 5%. Note ratio of the percentage even i m not sure. Each BU run their own strategy.

Hi, are you sure ? apart from promotion hikes they will give annual hikes also?. Because I have received 2 rating on Jan and after that I received a promotion with a compensation letter with 12% hike.
