I have been working at Capgemini for the past 16 months. I joined as a fresher, and there is a promotion cycle coming up in March. During my tenure, I have worked on an internal project for some time and have been tagged to an account since then(But non billable as of now but they told me you will be billable jan onwards. I wanted to know what factors are considered for promotions and whether I am likely to get promoted
