Trending @Capgemini; Regarding project allocation

Guys I joined cg on jan 15-2025 but I didn't get any projects yet. Got a call from one project and asked for a coding test but I didn't clear so can I expect any other project calls? Or do I need to worry about it I joined as C1 grade. Any suggestions will be more helpful.

I don't know about what C1 grade means but u will get projects
