Can someone get a project call while being on BOTP or PIP in salesforce technology of DCX Digital ?

You will not get project call until you pass pip exam

Or ur manager should be very strong enough to cancel pip talking to hr or related people

Completely depends on projects or any open positions within your vertical. I was asked to mentor PIP resources at Dec 2023,candidates were average, dont really need to give PIP negative.I was asked to close PIP negative as they didnt get project and also no open positions. This is not to scare you but reality what happens internally not in anyones hand
