Trending @Capgemini; Regarding notice period

Hi guys. So I joined CG on July 21 2025 and after 3 months I joined a project on Nov 1st . This project is toxic and there is no proper communication and support at all. I am planning to put down papers and try outside. 5 months has been completed for me since I joined CG. If I put down papers, what will be the notice period considering I have not crossed the probation period (6 months) yet?? Please help me out here.. I am open to suggestions as well.

Hey @QualifiedTrench68

I am in the same situation. I joined CG in August and directly joined the project and figured out that the team members are very toxic. No proper communication, no proper KT sessions. Every day feels like I don't want to work. I am mentally exhausted. I am also planning to put down the papers without any backup.

Any idea on our notice period? When are you planning to put down papers? I am considering to put down papers this month last week.

I think during the probation period the NP is 60 days you can check your offer letter. And for the permanent employees the NP is 90 days.
But it is totally based on your manager and HR.

It will be 90 Days even if you put the papers on probation

Thank you for letting me know

It will be 90 days and they won't give early release but can delay the release happily

You can always check your last working day on ecms it auto calculates dates, if you are unsure for notice period
