Can i complete 12days in a month including Saturday also as anyways when they will check the punch jn days it will show them 12?
I dont think Saturday and sunday will be counted..but i guess holidays will be counted on weekdays aswell..as the holidays change location to location the attendance and holidays are not interlinked i guess..so you can just punch in on holidays too mostly..and one more thing is they don’t calculate if the month start from middle of the week..they calculate from the fresh week start from each mnth only that for sure i know
But when i was under training we were called on Saturdays our trainer told that since there is a 3days a week policy and you guys are in second shift i.e Thursday friday and on saturday you just need to come office to punch the card to be compliant
No, you cannot punch in on Saturdays.. you can complete 12 days straight in a month or 3 days per week on weekdays, up to you! Since they’ve introduced mandatory 3 days to their compliance checklist, failure to comply 12 days will result in receiving emails for being noncompliant.
