Trending @Capgemini; Regarding Company Switch
I am A4, it's been 1.6 years here in Capg. Got rating as 3. Now I want to switch as I want to gear up in technology wise. Currently I am working on financial project which is good but work is on release management where I am not able to use my development skills.
Could you please suggest, should I switch or stay as project is good?

It's right time for you to start preparingfor interview.Resign from company when you have 3 months left for 2 Yr completion.You will get very good offers for 2yrs exp
If you have total experience more then 2.5 years then it will be good to switch, otherwise you should at least work here up to 2-2.5 years
Will suggest be atleast for 2.5-3 years. Cause market is demanding 3+ yoe people. You can get too less number of calls on your current experience.
