I joined the organisation at 2023 as a fresher. Already 9 months gone till now I did not get any project call, but suddenly last week they raise BOTP to my profile, is there anything trap to resignation.

Yes , they did for many people. Collaborate with your provided mentor and coordinate for whatever work they assign , they might ask you to appear for some hackerrank assessment in your domain (like if it's JAVA then JAVA+DSA ) and imocha assessment probably you would've an idea on it.
