Trending @Capgemini; Regarding attendance record from different locations

Hi Team, My base location is Bangalore, but I log in from kolkata .Initially, my attendance was marked, but after two days it stopped reflecting. I raised a helpdesk ticket, but they mentioned that it is not showing. For your information, I already have N+1 approval. I have also sent an email to the local team to grant me access. Is anyone else facing a similar issue?
